The Newsroom - Charlie Crist is a free man — or at least he’s talking like one. Days after officially changing his registration from Republican to Independent, the Florida governor sat down with the St. Petersburg Times editorial board and, according to the Times’ Adam Smith, “unleashed” a slew of opinions that his old GOP affiliation evidently prevented him from airing.
