Obama visiting Gulf again as spill frustration mounts (The Newsroom)

According to the White House, Obama will “assess the latest efforts to counter” the spill. Rumor has it that he’ll see the spill closer than before — perhaps, Politico’s Mike Allen suggests, by boat.
